• All of our prices quoted are in cash price. Surcharge may be applied if payment is made by credit card or other forms than in cash.
• Price may be changed without notice although the best effort is put into making sure it is as current as possible.
• All of the purchase should be placed through the proper purchase order.

Payment

• Payment can be made by cash, company or bank cheque, direct deposit, or credit card.
• Order can only be processed once the payment is cleared.
• Company cheque may generally require 3-5 business days to be cleared.
• Payment made by cash is only available for pick-up.

Delivery

• i-TechCity.net hold no responsible and no liable for any damage, loss, or/and any delay suffered.
• Delivery courier should be arranged by the customer. In the case where delivery courier is requested to be arranged by i-TechCity.net, all of the expense for the courier goes to the purchased.
• We only ship out your goods Monday to Friday (except public holiday).

Returns

• Product warranty is NOT transferable
• Products can only be returned within seven days of purchasing. They must be in original package
• No warranty is covered on our products which are used in conjunction to other equipments. No warranty is covered for our products being modified by any third-parties.
• Some of the products are ONLY covered by Manufacturer Warranty.
• Goods or products that have been misused and/or physically damaged WILL NOT be covered by warranty.
• RA form must be properly filled out when returning any product for warranty.
